After an intake interview and fitness assessment, you’ll receive a personalized fitness plan tailored to your goals and lifestyle. If desired, you’ll also receive custom exercise routines delivered through an app.
We’ll connect regularly through video or text (typically weekly), with a more in-depth check-in and reassessment every 4-6 weeks to talk about progress, answer any questions, and adjust goals.

I can support you on this journey, with strategies, guidance, and accountability. Change is, without a doubt, uncomfortable. Because we're wired to continue with our established habits, change requires intention. But, just like creating a new path in the woods, eventually, the new path becomes the easier way to travel.
After an initial intake, we meet virtually on a regular basis, typically every week or every 2 weeks, depending on your preference. Check-in times will vary between 30-45 minutes based on stage in process. During these meetings, we will talk about how things went the previous week(s), introduce strategies or tweaks to plan, and create clear take-aways for the following week(s).
