Whether you're new to exercise, have had some set-backs and aren't quite sure how to get back on track, or just want to be stronger and feel better. I can help you get started and support you along the way. No equipment is required and exercises can be done right in your own home. Of course, if you have equipment, or workout in a gym, that works too!
After an intake interview and fitness assessment, I will provide you with a personalized fitness plan, and custom exercise routines (delivered via app) for you to do at home, in a gym, or wherever you feel comfortable. We will check in via video or text on a regular basis, typically weekly, and every 4-6 weeks we'll do a longer check-in and re-assessment of goals/fitness.
