I can help you get started, or shift your skills to a new level, and support you along the way. No equipment is required and exercises can be done right in your own home. Of course, if you have equipment, or workout in a gym, that works too!
After an intake interview and fitness assessment, I will provide you with a personalized fitness plan, and if desired, custom exercise routines (delivered via app) for you to do at home, in a gym, or wherever you feel comfortable. We will check in via video or text on a regular basis, typically weekly, and every 4-6 weeks we'll do a longer check-in and re-assessment of goals/fitness.

I can support you on this journey, with strategies, guidance, and accountability. Change is, without a doubt, uncomfortable. Because we're wired to continue with our established habits, change requires intention. But, just like creating a new path in the woods, eventually, the new path becomes the easier way to travel.
After an initial intake, we meet virtually on a regular basis, typically every week or every 2 weeks, depending on your preference. Check-in times will vary between 15-45 minutes based on stage in process. During these meetings, we will talk about how things went the previous week(s), introduce strategies or tweaks to plan, and create clear take-aways for the following week(s).
